Site Management Role Overview

The ideal candidate will provide vital support to a major contractor on an ongoing residential project in Munster, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily site operations and ensure the smooth running of the project.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation.
  • Verify construction plans, drawings, and supervise subcontractors across the project.
  • Coordinate site staff and subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to adhere to the project timeline.
  • Oversee quality control, safety measures, and risk management on-site.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager working with a main contractor.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in site management roles.
  • Strong ability to read and understand complex construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and certification requirements.
  • Excellent ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • Good knowledge of safety and quality management principles.
