As a skilled Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects on time and within budget.

About This Role

This key member of the project team will oversee the development, management, and maintenance of project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software. You will work collaboratively with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to gather and validate schedule-related data.

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Track and update project progress against the baseline schedule, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

You will also identify and report deviations from the plan, perform critical path analyses, and resolve resource conflicts. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver detailed reports such as Gantt charts, S-curves, and project dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of key project management principles (e.g., critical path method, earned value analysis).
  • Ability to assess complex data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale construction projects.
