About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for electronic security systems
  • Respond to service calls and carry out routine maintenance inspections
  • Assist with minor installations and system upgrades required
  • Accurately complete service documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on larger service tasks
  • Delve excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and Service vehicle in good working order
  • Support continuous improvement of service process
  • Participation in the on-call roster

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 13 years of experience in electronic security systems or related field
  • Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and/or alarm systems
  • Experience working with clients in the commercial and retail sectors
  • Familiarity with networking and IP-based systems is a must
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude
  • Full, clean driving license is essential
