Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an analytical professional to support the sales and operations planning process, inventory management process, and continuous improvement activities with supply chain management that require data capturing, analysis, and presentation.
  • The ideal candidate will manage work orders and contribute to exception reports related to the supply chain department.
  • Responsibilities also include monitoring and processing iDocs as required, analyzing root causes, and solving issues.
  • The selected candidate will support SAP as the primary management system for inventory reporting and supply management.
  • We are seeking someone who can contribute to environmental, health, and safety performance improvement and work closely with planners to review and follow-up on order closures in time.
  • The successful candidate will ensure inventory levels are accurate and discrepancies are identified between SAP and MES/POMS systems.
  • Daily tasks will include performing checks on production confirmations to report to finance in time.
  • The job holder will review SAP master data regularly and highlight any discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Candidates must have 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • SAP knowledge is a requirement; ERP system experience is an advantage.
