Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the inventory management process for our third-party warehouses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient delivery processes, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage periodic stock reconciliations with each warehouse, ensuring compliance with business requirements and documented processes.
- Own and understand the monthly financial performance of all warehouse activity, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Develop and implement warehouse strategy alongside the Fulfilment and Warehousing management team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support and drive development of the Monthly S&OP forecast review, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results.
- Embody our company culture within Warehousing, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with excellent verbal and written reporting skills.
- Ability to control large volumes of initiatives under a program of work to a successful conclusion.
- Results-driven, performance-capable in a fast-moving business environment.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, and working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP process.
