Job Overview:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a self-storage facility or multiple facilities, ensuring customer access to stored items at all times and maintaining an organized and clean space.
  • Ensure health, safety, and welfare standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential, new, and existing customers regarding rates, rental terms, and resolving service issues in a professional manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, treating each customer with courtesy and respect.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and manage daily operations to ensure property security and product suitability.
  • Manage aged debt, collect payments, and conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Keep accurate records of transactions and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and solve problems effectively.
