About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreman to join our team and take on a prestigious residential project in North Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high volume residential projects, with a proven track record of managing internal packages and overseeing project completion.

The Finishing Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising site activities, ensuring that works are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site activities and ensure quality of work
  • Coordinate and manage internal packages and manpower
  • Report to and support Site Manager and Project Manager
  • Attend regular meetings and contribute to project decisions
  • Read and interpret drawings to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification
  • Proven experience in managing high volume residential projects
  • Ideal: Carpentry/Joinery Background
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with a Main Contractor
