Heating Systems Supervisor Job Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within our company, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and servicing of heating systems across various housing association contracts and private customer databases.

The supervisor will lead teams of engineers in hands-on operational tasks including servicing and response maintenance of heating systems, as well as providing technical support and guidance to other engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to engineers on heating system maintenance and repair
  • Conducting regular compliance checks to ensure all works meet regulatory and quality standards
  • Resolving complaints and issues with customers as they arise
  • Carrying out thorough technical inspections of heating systems
  • Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality standards
  • Attending ongoing problem dwellings to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements for this role include:

  • Must be gas qualified and hold a valid driving license
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in heating response maintenance
  • Must be a fully qualified or time served plumber

Desirable skills and qualifications include experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
