Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist
\The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the supplier network meets quality, regulatory, and performance standards. This involves maintaining an approved supplier list, ensuring all active suppliers meet qualification and compliance requirements.
\- Maintain accurate records of suppliers to ensure timely closure of findings.
- Process and track Supplier Change Notifications to verify that changes are reviewed, risk-assessed, and approved according to company procedures.
- Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests by initiating, tracking, and following up to verify that corrective actions address root causes effectively.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, supply chain, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered. 1–3 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, supply chain, or manufacturing; internships or co-op experience in a regulated environment will also be considered.
\The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy, effective written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is essential.
