Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to the Project Supervisor in representing the client's interests.
- Monitor works carried out by Design and Build Contractors.
- Witness testing and ensure compliance with scope.
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with quality defined in scope and specifications documents.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in construction management/supervision on road/infrastructure projects, including reinforced concrete structures.
- Land survey experience required, including setting out.
- Safepass accreditation desirable.
- Chartered/Incorporated/Associate Engineer of a relevant professional body desirable.
- Fully proficient in MS Office applications and other project tools/methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a collaborative culture across project teams.
- Ability to govern and drive outcomes for high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to deal with and resolve unforeseen risks and issues.
