Cancer Care Specialist Pharmacist

We are seeking a senior hospital pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team in a high-standard Aseptic Compounding Unit.
About the RoleThis is a temporary full-time position with the possibility of extension. You will work alongside a skilled and dedicated team, preparing and quality-assuring aseptically prepared products that make a significant difference in the lives of cancer patients.
Main Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a high-standard Aseptic Compounding Unit.
- Contribute to the preparation and quality assurance of aseptically prepared products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards.
- Provide clinical input and support for oncology and haematology services.
- Maintain accurate documentation, protocols, and procedures within the aseptic unit.
- Engage in audits, training, and ongoing service development.

Requirements:- Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
- Minimum of three years' post-registration hospital pharmacy experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered if they have significant relevant expertise in cancer services or aseptic compounding units (ACU).
- Candidates must have prior experience in hospital settings.
