We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager, Engineering to support our Content Product Group in delivering capabilities for our customers.
This role involves directly and fully supporting engineering projects, working with teams to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines. You will collaborate with staff and management across multiple worldwide business units to identify, explain, and communicate project involvement, goals, expectations, and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with teams at all levels to drive project deliverables and resource allocation.
- Demonstrating technical context alignment with business objectives to drive project outcomes.
- Creating and managing project schedules, collaborating with development teams, and tracking dependencies within and across product groups.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to clearly identify and communicate project involvement, goals, and expectations.
- Tracking project activities and ensuring schedules and priorities are met.
- Ensuring critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.
- Managing daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
- Leading Scrum meetings and creating action items.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation, and facilitation).
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management for software development.
- Experience with large scale platforms (cloud technologies), complex inter-dependent technologies.
- Seasoned team coach that manages persistent obstacles.
- Agile/Scrum experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies.
- Portfolio ownership with scoping requirements, planning milestones, and resource management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and decision-making ability.
- Self-learning capabilities and proactive driving results.
- Ability to extrapolate context from technical conversations.
