Job Title: Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of our products and technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage project portfolios within the department, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Governance Framework: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery across all projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks on the progress and delivery of programs, projects, and digital products to ensure they meet required standards and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, adapting our methodology to meet business needs while maintaining high standards of compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, experience in program management, and a strong understanding of technology and innovation. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
