Senior Financial Services Specialist, Custody

At Northern Trust, we pride ourselves on our commitment to service, expertise, and integrity. As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Limerick Custody Client Service team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to 450+ clients.
You will act as the primary point of contact and advocate for all custody service delivery, ensuring complete client satisfaction specific to Northern Trust's custody service offering. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- To act as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the client, trustee or fund administrator.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and requests.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate client information.
- Prepare and review client documents and reports.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- This is a graduate-entry level position.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
