Role/ Department:
The Limerick Custody Client Service team is responsible for delivering high-quality services to 450+ clients. The team collaborates closely with internal teams to gather information, ensuring prompt responses to all client queries. As the Senior Client Service Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact and advocate for all custody service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all custody-related inquiries from clients, trustees, or fund administrators.
- Maintaining and enhancing the level of service provided to clients, trustees, and fund administrators.
- Owning and resolving all client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
- Overseeing the Service Level Agreement.
- Participating in Custody Transitions (new business, etc.).
- Maintaining and monitoring all client data and standing instructions.
- Preparing client tax and proxy voting documentation.
- Opening and closing client custody accounts.
- Coordinating sub-account openings.
- Reviewing client custody fee invoices for approval and ensuring timely settlement.
Skill Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A graduate-entry level education.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills.
- The ability to prioritize day-to-day workload to meet client deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential to the role.
- The ability to review and resolve complex issues.
