Custody Service Representative Lead

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our team of Custody Service Representatives. As a leader, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and expertise to our clients.
About the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the client, trustee or fund administrator.
- Responsible for overseeing the team's performance and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
- Responsible for reviewing client custody fee invoices for approval and ensuring timely settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in Custody Transitions (TBA, new business, etc.).
- Maintain and monitor all client data and standing instructions.
- Preparation of client tax and proxy voting documentation.
Requirements:
- This is a graduate-entry level position
• Good knowledge of accounting principles. - Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
- Good written and oral communication skills essential to the role.
