Manufacturing Technician Role

This is a key position within our organization that requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a focus on quality control.

Responsibilities:
  • Materials Handling: Receive, inspect, and manage raw materials and stock to ensure consistency in production.
  • Fermentation Process: Monitor and control yeast fermentation, including vessel setup, inoculation, controls, and cleaning to achieve optimal results.
  • Process Monitoring: Record and track data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling continuous process optimization.
  • Concentration & Drying: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the centrifuge used to concentrate fermented material, as well as monitoring drying and milling processes to produce high-quality powder.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Utilize CIP skid to maintain high hygiene standards and perform routine maintenance tasks as required to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to SOPs to meet quality, safety, and production standards, ensuring product excellence.
  • Collaboration: Share results, address issues, and work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and improve overall performance.
