Job Title: Senior Town Planner

This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth of our Planning business. As a Senior Town Planner, you will work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects in renewable energy, infrastructure, urban development, and waste management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit planning applications, including reports, feasibility assessments, masterplans, and strategic planning documents.
  • Engage with a wide range of clients, including public and private sector bodies.
  • Contribute to the delivery of environmental projects, leading or coordinating multidisciplinary project teams as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree and/or Masters in Town Planning.
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in town planning, with expertise in planning and environmental legislation.
  • CORPORATE / CHARTERED member of the IPI/RTPI.
