Clinical Facilitator/Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Role

The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership for nursing teams, delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior nursing staff to assess and improve standards of care
  • Supporting the development of nursing competencies and providing guidance to ward staff
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders through active participation in meetings and practice development initiatives
  • Promoting induction, education, training, and development programs for nursing staff

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be registered as a nurse on the General Division of the Register of Nurses kept by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Hold extensive recent experience in an acute hospital setting, with at least 5 years post-registration experience
