As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a portfolio of class-leading products and an exciting pipeline.

You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and proactively developing commercial leads, while maintaining existing business and driving new business generation.

Foster excellent relationships with customers and key decision-makers, presenting a professional image of Brennan & Co.

Provide timely reports, analysis, and territory updates to the Sales Manager.

You will engage daily with key opinion leaders across various hospital and community disciplines, including Consultant Surgeons, Registrars, SHOs, Nursing staff, and Purchasing Personnel.

The successful candidate will possess strong sales and communication skills, including preparation, planning, presentation, negotiation, and the ability to handle objections and close deals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve sales targets and manage the surgical portfolio effectively.
  • Maintain existing business while driving new business generation.
  • Identify market opportunities and proactively develop commercial leads.
