Job Title:

Regional Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products and services to trade and retail customers across the assigned region.
  • Process customer orders received online, by phone, and in person.
  • Provide expert advice, product knowledge, and technical support to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Work towards and achieve agreed sales revenue targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company in the region.
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of welding, engineering, or related industries is desirable.
  • A background or interest in agriculture, retail, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service is necessary.
