To support our continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Regional Sales Representativesto join our expanding Sales Team.
This is a regionally based role, open to applicants throughout the Republic of Ireland.
Your primary region will depend on client requirements and your location.
About Us For 50 years, KWS has been Irelands leading supplier and distributor of welding machines, equipment, consumables, and accessories.
With branches in Kilkenny and Portlaoise, we combine industry-leading technology with expert repair, calibration, and technical support services.
Our dedicated team helps customers solve welding challengesimproving quality, reducing downtime, and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities Promote and sell company products and services to trade and retail customers across your assigned region.
Process customer orders received online, by phone, and in person.
Provide expert advice, product knowledge, and technical support to customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Work towards and achieve agreed sales revenue targets.
Act as a brand ambassador for KWS in your region.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Previous sales experience an advantage, but not essentialfull training provided.
Knowledge of welding, engineering, or related industries desirable.
Background or interest in agriculture, retail, or industrial sectors beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
