Key Sales Position

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive commercial success in our automatics and access control division.

Main Responsibilities

  • \
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and intake targets across the division.\
  • Maximise sales opportunities by identifying key market sectors and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.\
  • Apply commercial acumen to provide effective, profitable solutions tailored to customers' needs.\
  • Stay informed on competitors' offerings and position our client's competitive advantages.\
  • Professionally follow up on all estimated leads and CIS platform opportunities.\
  • Conduct proactive business development to maximise sales potential.\
  • Review relevant estimates and collaborate with the BDM to ensure consistency, profitability, and alignment with strategic objectives.\
  • Maintain and grow your own portfolio of accounts and relationships.\
  • Cross-sell the full range of products and services within our portfolio.\
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to uncover and act on all sales opportunities.\
  • Build strong working relationships with the Contracts Manager.\
