Dispute Resolution Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled dispute resolution professional to join our team in Portlaoise, Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be involved in a wide range of high-profile commercial disputes, including financial services litigation, insolvency and restructuring, property disputes, regulatory investigations, and construction litigation.

You will work alongside experienced professionals to provide timely, commercial advice to domestic and international clients, gaining exposure to complex cases and progressing your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial litigation matters, focusing on financial services, insolvency, property disputes, and regulatory investigations.
  • Take an active role in client-facing interactions, providing timely, commercial advice and overseeing a broad range of matters.
  • Work with domestic and international clients to manage high-value, high-profile disputes.
  • Develop your skills through exposure to challenging and complex cases.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation (ideally from a large domestic or international law firm).
  2. Exceptional drafting and technical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of litigation matters.
  3. Client-facing, with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency in providing advice.
  4. A strong academic background and a passion for developing expertise in dispute resolution.
  5. Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
