Building Surveyor Role:

We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to work across various building surveying disciplines, supporting national clients in their commercial property ventures.

Requirements:

  • MRICS/SCSI qualification with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Commercially astute with experience in proactive consultancy environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of buildings and excellent project delivery skills.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
  • A confident communicator and effective team player.
