Job Title: Payroll Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience of processing payroll across multiple entities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and complete the accurate and efficient end-to-end processing of payroll, including all leave, processing of all payroll-related information, and ensuring the correct approval process has been adhered to.
  • Manage the calculations of PAYE, PRSI, USC, and Pensions and all other statutory and voluntary deductions, and completion of all payroll changes.
  • Responsible for all Revenue Real-Time Payroll Reporting requirements and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Completion of all social welfare, loss of earnings, and other forms required by employees, while ensuring that all payroll records are filed correctly and deal with internal/external auditors as required.
  • Monitoring and implementing revenue and legislative updates relevant to payroll.
  • Preparation of monthly third-party payments and files (e.g., Pension, Healthcare, Union) and month-end reconciliations and payroll journals required by the business.
  • Ensure policies and procedures around payroll and areas within HR Administration are well documented, understood, and adhered to.
  • Work closely with HR, Commercial, and Finance departments on all payroll and tax-related operations and reporting for management and statutory purposes.
