Global Sensory Research Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to head our global sensory and consumer product research team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development

Develop and implement a global consumer and sensory insight strategy aligned with business objectives, including the identification of key drivers for growth and innovation.

  • Team Management

Lead and mentor a global team of consumer and sensory insight professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and providing guidance on career development opportunities.

  • Structure Optimization

Analyze regional structures and align them with the company's overall business strategy, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing productivity.

  • Innovation and Development

Guide teams in exploring new product opportunities, investigating emerging trends, and optimizing sensory experiences for consumers.

  • Customer Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Key accounts, collaborating on major customer projects, and recommending methodologies and resources.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
  • Extensive experience in leading sensory teams within the food or beverage industry
  • Global perspective and ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong business acumen with the capacity to work effectively in a matrix environment
