Global Sensory and Consumer Insights Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global sensory and consumer insights team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer and sensory insight strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of consumer and sensory insight professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate sensory & consumer insights into innovation, decision-making, strategy, and competitive positioning.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and sensory science, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in leading sensory teams within a flavour/taste company or food/beverage CPG.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to work within a matrix and influence to achieve objectives.

Location:

This role can be based at our Global Technology and Innovation Centre in Naas, Ireland, or at one of our other locations in Beloit, Wisconsin, or Clark, New Jersey.
