Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services engineering, preferably with experience in data centre projects. They should possess excellent design and management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
- Design and manage building services systems, including HVAC, utilities, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Lead the design team and ensure that designs are in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, clients, and contractors.
- Mentor and support junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive building services designs.
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in building services engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services systems and design software.
- Chartered Engineer status is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment.
Desirable Competencies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
