We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control professional to play a critical role in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to meet organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Quality Manager to review testing schedules and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous process refinement.
- Induct and train new laboratory personnel on quality control protocols, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Perform product testing, including incoming goods, in-process products, finished products, new products, and environmental samples, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Coordinate external testing of bulk solvents and reworking of non-conforming products, streamlining processes and minimizing waste.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control documentation and calibrations, providing transparency and accountability.
- Assist the Process Chemist as needed and manage Material Safety Data Sheets, ensuring safe handling and storage.
- Distribute, maintain, and update product and raw material specifications, promoting consistency and reliability.
- Participate in quality aspects of new product development and projects, contributing to innovative solutions and best practices.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a Science discipline, demonstrating academic rigor and intellectual curiosity.
- Possess minimum 1 year of relevant laboratory experience, showcasing practical skills and expertise.
- Exhibit ability to work independently and meet deadlines, displaying self-motivation and time management skills.
