About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to join our team, responsible for implementing and deploying trading algorithms. The successful candidate will have experience with low-latency systems, passion for algorithmic trading and cryptocurrency, and strong problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. They will also be able to communicate effectively with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Job Description

Supporting the implementation, setup, and deployment of trading algorithms.
Signed off technical approach for a given use case.
Mentoring other engineering members and participating in code reviews.
Reviewing performance metrics and data analysis to recognize weaknesses and find solutions to optimize activities.
Ensuring that processes are well documented.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of backend coding experience (e.g., C++, Rust, Go, Java).
  • Experience with Rust is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity or interest in trading.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and trading algorithms in order books.
Preferred Skills
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in DeFi, Web3, and/or DAO.
  • Familiarity with AWS.
  • Experience with non-EVM chains.
