Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy business-critical machine learning and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced ML models to quantify product price-elasticity and cannibalization effect for multi-period promotions.
  • Create time-series forecasting algorithms to predict demand across multiple regions and product lines.
  • Design optimization workflows (OR-Tools) to balance sales growth and business constraints.
  • Refine clustering algorithms to identify lookalike products for smarter pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Architect and lead the implementation of the full machine learning development cycle, including feature engineering, automated model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in CS/Statistics/Data Science/Operations Research/Econometrics, specializing in machine learning and optimization problems.
  • 3+ years of industry experience applying time-series models in production, with hands-on experience in forecasting libraries (e.g. LightGBM, Prophet).
  • Proven track record with mixed-integer programming or constraint solvers for pricing or resource allocation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, with proficiency in ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark Mlib, and scikit-learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical solutions with business objectives.
