Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to lead and coordinate laboratory operations and compliance with minimal supervision. This involves implementing continuous improvement projects, supporting a lean culture, and ensuring Right First Time (RFT) results.

This role requires strong analytical skills, particularly in cell-based bioassays, immunoassays, cell culture, and aseptic technique. Experience with liquid-handling robots is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and perform multiple complex routine/non-routine methods and procedures.
  • Participate in the peer review of analytical data.
  • Provide technical guidance and apply expertise to resolve technical issues.
  • Lead training of staff on technical aspects of the job as required.
  • Develop, revise, and implement procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Qualify analytical equipment and related testing functions.
  • Participate in Analytical Method Transfers.
  • Ensure laboratory operations are conducted in a safe manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Cell based-bioassays, immunoassays, cell culture, and aseptic technique.

- GMP experience.

- Biochemistry experience.

- Degree Science – Biochemistry or Biology (a must for the role).
