We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong laboratory operations skills, technical knowledge of Biologics drug substance manufacturing, and microbiological testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive laboratory operations within a new facility, including oversight of equipment qualification, documentation generation, and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review and lead the trending and reporting of laboratory data to support batch release, maintain oversight of review metrics, and collate and analyze end-of-quarter and year reports.
  • Maintain and release laboratory stock, ordering laboratory consumables as needed.
  • Participate in functional meetings, lead departmental and cross-functional meetings as required.
  • Participate in internal and external audit and inspection activities to ensure permanent inspection readiness.
  • Support and drive site safety and ways of working culture, demonstrating respect and appreciation for diverse populations.
  • Perform supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) activities and troubleshooting for general lab operations, execute in-process and drug substance analysis studies, and lead/participate in laboratory projects.
Requirements
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field (Biological Sciences/Engineering), preferably with background in microbiology; an Advanced Degree (e.g., MSc) qualification is desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a relevant industry field.
  • Technical knowledge with Biologics drug substance manufacturing and microbiological testing techniques.
