Consumer Goods Professional - Data Insights and Marketing Expertise
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Data Analytics & Shopper Marketing Manager. As a key member of our Market Development organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving total category growth for retailers and our company.
You will be responsible for supporting the MDO Manager across all customers with all aspects of data analytics and insight generation. Your primary goal will be to deliver continuous insights through category performance monitoring, extracting valuable information from various sources and using it to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Category Performance Monitoring
- Schedule regular performance updates both internally and externally, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform business decisions
- Shopper Marketing Strategies
- Develop and execute shopper marketing plans to drive product ROS and increase brand visibility
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with research agencies, field sales teams, and business managers to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, shopper marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to turn data into actionable insights
