Job Title: Sustainability Specialist
About the Role:
The Environmental Health role is pivotal in maintaining site safety and ensuring compliance with current legal requirements and best practices.
This involves minimizing risks and promoting correct working practices through a culture of positive safety behaviors and continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices across all business areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop an EHS strategy for the site and identify key projects to achieve primary metrics.
- Present monthly reports to the EHS corporate team and site management on lagging and leading indicators for the site.
- Manage incident investigations on site and report to regulatory and corporate bodies as necessary.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement corrective actions.
- Provide assistance to subsidiary sites in Ireland on EHS matters.
- Support EH&S for value streams to world-class standards, ensuring safe and efficient product delivery.
