Job Title: Payroll Processing Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support our payroll operations. The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and work closely with administrative staff.

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll runs
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees
  • Register new employees to the Time Management system
  • Generate daily reports for the Payroll Manager
  • Maintain the in-house time and attendance system linked to Sage Payroll
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar payroll administration position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Sage Payroll or other accounting software
