This role is part of a 12-month contract where you will contribute to a world-class employee experience by applying HR best practices effectively and consistently.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth business knowledge and HR expertise to support strategic initiatives across the organisation.
- Elevate on-demand solutions as the go-to knowledge resource for team members and their clients.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to queries.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
