Job Title: Bid Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of procurement opportunities and circulate relevant information to the team.
- Coordinate and format bid and proposal documentation, ensuring compliance with tendering processes.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including CVs, project case studies, and bid libraries.
- Assist with market research and pipeline tracking for future opportunities.

- Requirements:
- 1-2+ years' experience in bid coordination, marketing, or administrative roles within professional services, engineering, or construction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
