Job Title: Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement opportunities and circulate relevant information to the team.
    • Coordinate and format bid and proposal documentation, ensuring compliance with tendering processes.
    • Support the development of marketing materials, including CVs, project case studies, and bid libraries.
    • Assist with market research and pipeline tracking for future opportunities.

    • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
