Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Bid Coordinator.

About the Position:

  • Monitor procurement portals and circulate relevant opportunities.
  • Coordinate and format bid and proposal documentation.
  • Maintain marketing materials, including CVs, project case studies, and bid libraries.
  • Support bid schedules, compliance checks, and version control.
  • Assist with market research and pipeline tracking for future opportunities.

You will need:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in bid coordination, marketing, or administration within professional services, engineering, or construction.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of tendering processes would be an advantage.
