We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management practice, you will play a critical role in developing and executing procurement strategies that drive business outcomes.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to leverage relationships across the enterprise and achieve optimal total value.

  • Effectively manage the sourcing process, including spend analysis, market research, supplier due diligence, sourcing strategy, RFX management, bid analysis, and contract administration.

  • Work in an agile way, switching between categories with a large supply base to meet business demands.

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, leveraging industry cost models, RFX development and execution, proposal evaluation, total cost of ownership, and supplier selection recommendation.

  • Perform analysis of financial and business data related to supplier proposals and capability assessments to support the development of our supply base.

  • Develop, manage, and lead cross-functional teams, run strategic procurement processes, negotiate contracts, administer contracts, supervise supplier performance, analyze financial data, business planning, administration, and analysis.

  • Lead negotiations on contract terms with suppliers at senior management level and execute contracts in liaison with the legal and contract management team.

  • Create procurement strategies that secure the materials and services we need at the right price and quality.

  • Execute supplier relationship management activities for key assigned suppliers within assigned categories, with oversight regarding supplier relationship management.
