Job Title: Procurement Specialist

A key objective for this role is to drive the success of strategic initiatives by ensuring high-quality procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop strategies.
  • Develop Request for Tenders (RFTs) and Tender Response Documents (TRDs) aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure timely delivery of procurement programmes within allocated resources.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with tendering processes and systems.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and analytical skills.
