Job Title: Landscape Architect Leader

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect Leader to join our team and lead the development of innovative landscape architecture solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement landscape architecture strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of landscape architects and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management: oversee the planning, design, and delivery of landscape architecture projects.
  • Team leadership: mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Client relations: build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Business development: identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's presence in the market.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent.
  • Degree in landscape architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
