Project Management Professional Wanted

About the Role:

  • Assume responsibility for site operations across various stages of projects.
  • Guarantee project delivery on time, within budget constraints, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, health & safety compliance, and project documentation.
  • Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and resource planning to optimize efficiency.
  • Chair regular site meetings and progress reviews to address concerns and track progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Site Management.
  • A proven track record of delivering commercial or residential projects with a value between €1M-€10M.
  • Possession of a relevant construction qualification, such as Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction methods is essential.
  • Experience working with public works contracts (GCCC) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills are required.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • In possession of a full driving license to facilitate travel to local sites.
