Job Title

We are building a bank of the future from scratch, channeling our start-up mentality every step of the way. As a Technology Resiliency Manager within a flat-structure organization, you will be part of a team delivering end-to-end cutting-edge solutions.

The Technology Resilience Manager has two core roles: managing Technology Resiliency Plans and working with Application Owners to deliver market-leading Technology Resiliency plans and Crisis playbooks.

  • Implement effective Application components for all impacted Applications and establish applicable Application Testing (Sustainability/Disaster Recovery/External Testing).
  • Develop Annual Testing Plans for both Application and Business Resiliency Testing Requirements.
  • Review, maintain, update, and test/exercise all Technology continuity documentation regularly in accordance with Firmwide Standards and Policy.

Represent technology at control domain committees, serve as the focal point for technology audit and regulatory requirements, manage technology controls risk and control framework, and lead a globally diverse technology resilience team.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in cloud-native microservices architecture applications leveraging the latest technologies and best industry practices.

You will conduct Application Impact Analyses (AIAs) and Technology Recovery Application Planning for all key Applications.
