Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Turndown Assistant to join our team. As a Turndown Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their rooms and public areas are clean and tidy.

This is a part-time evening Housekeeping role that requires flexibility and the ability to work independently. You will be working in a professional environment with high standards and opportunities for training.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests by cleaning their rooms and public areas to a high standard.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping trolleys to ensure they are fully equipped for the task at hand.
  • Complete cleaning checklists as required to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Handle lost property with care and report it to a senior person on duty.
  • Communicate effectively with your colleagues and management team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to respond to guest and business needs.
  • Shift work and flexibility are required for this role.
