Job Role Overview

The Caring Services Associate will provide a supportive and caring role for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care services, including meals, hygiene, and physical well-being support.
  • Work closely with individuals to develop and achieve their individual plans and outcomes.
  • Support community participation and integration initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or related field.
  • At least 6 months experience working in the intellectual disability sector with adults/children.
  • Full clean Driver's licence qualifying manual transmission vehicles on Irish roads.
  • Experience working with challenging behaviors.
