Architectural Technologist - Healthcare Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading practice in Ireland and contribute to the delivery of innovative healthcare projects.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing technically sound architectural deliverables using Revit, ensuring they meet project standards and schedules.

You will also coordinate design with other disciplines, produce sketch/conceptual designs, and ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of architectural standards and solutions, maintaining effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues, and complying with quality assurance procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, site experience, and relevant qualifications. Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations is essential, as well as experience in high-technology, process-driven, or industrial sector building design.

Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, ability to collaboratively solve complex problems, innovative thinking, and a customer-oriented approach. Self-motivation, time management skills, attention to detail, and visual skills are also essential.
