About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment utilization.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to prevent equipment failures and optimize overall performance.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements:
