
Site Maintenance System Specialist

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? This exciting role based in Ireland offers the perfect opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical organization.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Systems: Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of site maintenance systems, including developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
- Improve Planned and Predictive Maintenance: Continuously improve the PPM system, including writing job plans and assigning maintenance frequencies.
- Operate and Execute Change Control System: Effectively operate and execute the PPM Change Control System.
- Support Best Practices: Support the implementation of maintenance best practice methodologies and technologies, including Lean Six Sigma processes.
- Liaise with Reliability Engineers: Liaise with Reliability Engineers to develop new maintenance strategies and plans for new assets.
- Register Equipment and Develop BOMs: Register new equipment on the CMMS and develop Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Trade or 3rd Level Qualification: Hold a trade qualification or 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline or have experience working and developing maintenance systems/CMMS.
- Maintenance Systems Experience: Experience working in a maintenance systems environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP with a strong compliance mindset.
- CMMS Knowledge: Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems are essential.
